Meet our Founders
We know you because we are you. The Mom’s Leadership Network is founded by a group of professional moms and industry leaders. We all met at Brown University’s Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification Program, and over sandwiches and pretty mediocre soup, we envisioned an opportunity to support the capacity of women in their individual and professional growth. We want to spend time in a supportive environment to inspire, uplift, and empower women, especially hardworking moms. That’s why we created ALIGN + THRIVE and The Mom’s Leadership Network.
Melissa Scheinfeld
Austin, TX
An insightful and intuitive executive coach who helps purpose-driven leaders do more good in the world by clarifying values, increasing confidence, squashing burnout, and building a life they love. With expertise in change management, leadership development, and people management, she led human capital work in national K-12 school networks. Avid runner. Ceramic artist. Mom to an 8-year old daughter and 4-year old son.
Dr. Julia Wiener
Dallas, TX
As a proactive and collaborative team expert, Julia has earned a reputation as an industry thought leader who is equally as analytical as she is visionary. She focuses on organizational structuring, change management, culture improvement and executive coaching. She lives in Dallas, TX with her husband and three children: a 7 year old daughter, a 2-year-old son and a son (4) who lives in heaven.

A dedicated coach and Senior Director at a global consulting firm, Camila leads large-scale digital programs and specializes in coaching leaders to enhance self-awareness and personal growth. She lives outside of Boston with her husband, three children (ages 14, 11 and 5) and a Lab named Hero.

Katie is a thoughtful, strategic, detail-oriented and committed coach and leader who’s been widely recognized for her passion and expertise. With a background in school leadership and educational systems-leadership, she brings both practical skills and big picture organizational understanding to every organization she’s touched. Katie lives in beautiful Ann Arbor, Michigan and is mom to two boys, ages 7 and 5.
